Welp....ever since Thursday, I've been going to the gym weight room and try to increase my arm strength by lifting 10 pound dumbells on each arm about 100 times and the did the glide at 20 pounds.

Good news: I've gain a bit of muscle.

Bad news: My arms are hurting like crazy now!!! DX WHY DIDN'T I STRETCH BEFORE A LEFT!?


Yeah....I should do that for now on, or to less reps......but I want to end up being strong. D;


So yeah....gonna be a while until I can move my arms fully again.
