Foxie the Fox

Welp, I officially added an archenemy for Billy. 

Bio: Foxie the Fox is a very hungry predator who always love to eat many prey, like ducks, squirrels, mice and his most favorite: Rabbits. Foxie mostly chases Billy and tries to catch and eat him for dinner. He mostly lives in the forest in the country, but he sometimes visits the city as well (Where Billy usually lives) to try to hunt for Billy and his friends.   

I like the concept of it, but I'm not sure about the outfit and the colors.(Since the colors are similar to Swiper the Fox and all that. ) I would like your guys opinion. Does he look good to you? And if not, should I make any changes to it? It's up to you.
